Six things we will say out loud.
Most consulting firms agree to these in conversation and then bill against the opposite. We put them on the website because we mean them.
-
Senior operators on every engagement.
Everyone delivering has personally deployed the platform you bought, in production, at companies your size. No staffing pyramid. No one billing senior rates while learning on your dime.
-
The diagnostic comes first.
We map the work before we recommend the fix. If the right answer is something we do not sell, we will say so. The integrity of the engagement depends on us being indifferent to whether you spend more or less.
-
Fixed fees, defined ship criteria.
You know the price before we start. We agree, in writing, on what "we shipped" means. If we miss it, we keep working until we hit it. No change orders.
-
Buy before bridge. Bridge before build.
The cheapest answer that works is the right answer. Most "we need custom" conversations end the day we open the workspace and find the feature already exists, half-configured.
-
No exotic dependencies.
Standard platforms, standard configurations, boring stacks. Every clever customization is the prison your future admin inherits. We default to the version your team can maintain after we leave.
-
A quiet exit.
The end of the engagement is a runbook, a named owner on your side, and a monthly thirty-minute check. Not a retainer. Not an upsell. If you do not need us, you do not need us.
Bring us
the messy one.
The system that's been on the roadmap for two years. The migration that's already failed once. The AI strategy that didn't make it past the deck. That's the one we want.
